Beautiful wooden lookout tower with refreshments, nice views of the surrounding countryside and paragliders, nice and helpful caretakers. Fireplace, possibility to visit toilets outside opening hours. If we have a way around, we will be happy to return
A beautiful place, with a view over the everyday worries down there.And especially the great people who run it. Oh, and the surrounding incredible variety of birds -those are the morning and evening concerts👍❤️
Friendly. As the restaurant is open on weekends, it is quiet after 6pm and on weekdays (unless there is a school trip). The access is for 1 car and quite steep in places, but on a good quality tarmac road, closed off at night by a barrier with a combination lock. Taller cars need to watch out for branches when parking. There is a permanently accessible terrace in front of the cottage above the parking area with about 5 tables and a fire pit. Wifi coverage is good, the terrace is open to the south with a view of Louny. Not much of a view in other directions, the Louny urban forest could use some vegetation.
Fireplace and barbecue in complete peace. Very nice experience.
However, for a 3.2m car, the arrival and departure was stressful, in many places the branches were crushing the car by a hundred and six. So for us, all this reduced the overall impression quite a lot.
Just prune some places though and it's ok.
Landscaped grassy grounds, seating area, dry toilet, all clean, well maintained. Quiet location.
