Only due to the arrival apparently out of season,there was high grass,but we coped. So for us satisfaction,we are not demanding 😊 The calmness made up for it 😊

A great resort for a quiet camping trip with family or friends. There is a shared equipped kitchen with hot water supply for more convenient washing up. Fishing in the private pond is available by arrangement, so no fishing license is required. Each caravan has both electricity and water supply. Definitely recommended.

We were surprised to find barbecue equipment and a wood axe on the property, we enjoyed the quiet and the dogs running around on the well fenced property even when it was raining, we enjoyed our stay very much, we recommend it

A peaceful place in the woods with all the necessary facilities: bathhouse, water, outdoor shower, fireplace with wood, seating - everything was ready. Arrival in wet weather with ATV and caravan fine, 7,5 m long caravan turns around on the spot with the wheels :-)
Mr. owner is nice and helpful - advises good tips for trips ;-)

Good location, close to the centre. We used the gazebo for sitting. Electricity, water, sink toilet - good facilities. Friday to Sunday - very quiet place.

Thank you for the opportunity to stay on a beautiful, well-kept, albeit relatively small property. We didn't have the most pleasant weather, but it was still very pleasant. We explored Vranov and the surrounding area and enjoyed very much the Country Saloon restaurant, which is located very close to the property 🤝.

Interesting land at the horse paddock which does not provide a view of the countryside so there is an absolute private and owner who is very accommodating and tries to make your stay as pleasant as possible. 😁

The air spa really expresses it the best😍 Unbelievable peace, no civilization in sight, just you, the blooming meadow and the Sumava hills. Moreover, the conditions are set in such a way (only one car on the property) that there is simply no chance for anything to spoil it for you. We were in not very kind weather and we didn't mind it at all, our best Bezkempu so far.

Everything was fine. Ideal place for kids, fields everywhere, so there is no risk of them running in front of cars.

The land is in a nice location in a shallow valley and although just below the village, it is secluded. Owner's dealings immediate, mowed. Ideal for overnight stays and excursions.

Beautiful place. Very helpful and nice owners. Unfortunately the weather was not good so we did not use the land to the fullest but everything was beautifully prepared.

Very nice place with a beautiful and positive atmosphere. ✨ The land was beautifully prepared - it was mowed, prepared firewood, everything nice and clean and tidy. The flower bed with fresh herbs was also a pleasure 🙂 Overall it is a nice and quiet place. You can hear the nearby main road a bit, but for us it was not disturbing. For us, the most beautiful and pleasant thing are definitely the mature trees, which make it possible to take refuge in the heat in a nice natural shade.

Nice location overlooking the castle. Quiet location, yet 3 pubs within 5 minutes walk. It's also handy to get water and go to the toilet there, as you can't solve these needs on the property. No tent pitch is 100% level, but at least two pitches are fine to pitch a tent on.

We were here for the second time and again super accommodation. Beautiful bike trails, unfortunately we missed another bike trail because the weather was not in our favor. So we will definitely be coming back for a third time soon. 😄🤗 Thank you.

A nice place that we enjoyed very much - even though we only stayed one night. My little nephews really liked the place.

A quiet place in the middle of nature. All the facilities of the cottage are sufficient, clean and we were maximally satisfied. The owner was very pleasant and helpful.
The only thing that we missed a bit was some kind of covered pergola or awning to make 100% use of the time in the pleasant environment of Fajn haus.

Great communication with the owner. We were able to get some drinking water. We were on site all weekend by ourselves, it was perfectly quiet and we loved it. We would love to come again sometime.
