The site is located on the outskirts of Moravský Krumlov in a recreational area with cascading ponds and the Vrabčí hájek swimming pond, which has several sandy beaches.
A dead-end road leading to the ponds runs in front of the site, which is also a popular destination for locals—so the site is NOT in a remote location!!
You can go swimming, fishing, hiking, and cycling through the Znojmo wine region.
In the vicinity of the property, there are many castles, chateaus, ruins, swimming areas, nature reserves, ponds, reservoirs, playgrounds, observation towers, bike trails, microbreweries, and more…

WE ARE NOT ‼ “In the middle of nowhere by the forest” ‼ nor do we OFFER ‼ breathtaking views of the countryside ‼ but rather a base with amenities for exploring the surrounding area—whether on foot, by bike, or by car.

Our playground in the adjacent CAFFÉ - BAR and the dwarf goats will keep even the littlest ones entertained so parents can have a little time to enjoy a good Italian coffee with a homemade dessert or a well-poured beer in a pre-chilled glass with homemade crackling spread.

We offer 5 campsites on a 2,000 m²
Each site has its own electricity, water, and lighting connections; the property features a gray water drain and a chemical toilet drain, including a shower for rinsing out the chemical toilet cassette.
A flush toilet and hot-water shower are available 24/7, reserved exclusively for BezKempers, along with a mini-kitchen featuring a sink, hot water, and a microwave.

We offer a portable fire pit for roasting with a sufficient supply of wood (included in the accommodation price) and roasting forks, or a portable grill for your OWN charcoal or briquettes.
On plots No. 4 and 5, there are permanently installed outdoor seating areas—a table with benches, suitable primarily for guests staying in tents.
For the 2026 season, we’ve set up sisal dartboards on the first floor of the Caffé-bar.
Spice up your stay with a family mini-darts tournament, or challenge your fellow guests staying nearby.

For lovers of the golden brew from regional breweries, the KRUM microbrewery / ROKITEN Restaurant is just a 7-minute leisurely walk from the campsite.
Penny grocery store is 350 m away, and Albert is 450 m from the meadow.

PLEASE NOTE: We would like to inform our guests at bezKemp about the operating hours of the adjacent CAFFÉ-BAR: Sun–Thu 11 a.m.–10 p.m. and Fri–Sat 11 a.m.–midnight!! / Closing time may be accompanied by noise from bar patrons leaving.
Guests staying in the upper part of the property may hear noise from the summer garden area during peak season.

During the summer months, fishing competitions and various social events with live or recorded music take place at the Vrabčí hájek pond, approximately 350 m away / please inquire about events scheduled during your desired stay dates
