- Drinking water to fill the canister is available from the owner, call and if we are at home we will bring the water in a canister. By prior arrangement, potable water can be prepared in barrels in advance for storage on the property. If we are away from home, another option is to pick up water at the MOL filling station, about 1 km away.

- There is a solar bag (shower) that you can use to take a shower after filling it with water and warming it up. Unfortunately, the pond is not bathing. In warm weather, however, you can wash and refresh yourself in the Loučná River, which flows under the road. We maintain a passage to the river at one point (approximately at the level of the bathhouse).

- The grey water can be poured anywhere on the edge of the property by the road (not on the meadow).

Trouble-free arrival even in bad weather
The lot and the access road to it are flat. The access road is paved. The access road is not maintained in winter.
Restriction of the access road
When approaching the property, you will need to drive over a 3-meter-wide panel bridge. Drive slowly and carefully across the bridge. Just before reaching the property, there is a narrow section that a car can easily pass through.
cycling
Many easy cycling routes that will take you to visit the surrounding towns and cities - Litomyšl, Vysoké Mýto, Choceň, Ústí nad Orlicí, Nové Hrady, etc. There is no electricity on the land. However, if you come for more than one night and you want to recharge the battery of the electric bike, it is possible to recharge it overnight in the house of the owner of the land, who lives nearby.
water sports
Refreshment in the Loučná River, which flows under the road next to the property. Indoor swimming pool and swimming pool with water slide in Litomyšl, swimming pool in Cerekvica nad Loučná. In the nearby pond Velký Košíř there is windsurfing and water sports.

Children's playground with swings and climbing frames in Nedošín or Tržek, other activities in Litomyšl - many cultural events during the holidays, Museum of dolls and toys, children's playroom in the City Museum... We recommend a visit to the historic town of Litomyšl, modern architecture in Litomyšl, cultural and social events in Litomyšl throughout the summer (www.litomysl.cz), Nedošínský háj - the site of the famous student Majales from Jirásek's Philosophical History, Nové Hrady Chateau ("Czech Versailles") and the Polanka Cottage with excellent cuisine not far from it. Vysoké Mýto (royal town, museum of coachbuilding), tourist attraction Toulovec's stables and rock formations in Budislav and many other interesting places.
The property is spacious (approx. 5,000 m²), but to ensure our guests’ privacy, we’ve decided to limit occupancy to just 2 guests. If you’d like to visit our Bezkemp with a group of friends, we can increase the capacity for your stay (up to a maximum of 4 spots). In that case, please send us a message. After booking and paying for your stay, you’ll find the code to open all the locks in the arrival instructions (it’s the same for all locks). When you leave or exit the property, please lock the outhouse and the storage shed. Fires may only be lit in the designated fire pit. You can collect firewood around the property—along the path or in the nearby forest, where there is plenty available. If two guests are staying on the property at the same time, you may use the portable metal fire pit stored in the shed for grilling and roasting. Please return it free of any ash residue and completely cooled down to prevent a fire. You may pour gray water—such as water used for washing dishes—at the edge of the property by the road. A REQUEST FOR DOG OWNERS: Please clean up after your pet. It’s really unpleasant when other guests arrive after you and end up taking home a not-so-fragrant surprise on their shoes. Likewise, if you have a dog that likes to dig, please fill in the holes it creates with soil (tools are in the storage shed, and you can gather soil from around the irrigation ditch). There is a risk of twisting an ankle if someone steps into such a hole. Given the proximity to a natural landmark, please keep the area quiet. Thank you.

Beautiful place, clean toilet, the only thing that bothered us a bit was the traffic from the nearby roads.
Beautiful surroundings with a beautiful view and a cool little river nearby for getting your feet wet. Quiet without any disturbance of civilization.
It is a beautiful meadow by the pond, close to the centre of Litomyšl, where it was wonderfully quiet. A great bonus was the equipment in the warehouse, fireplace, barbecues and the aforementioned pergola with seating.
Very nice and quiet place. The driveway is not suitable for low cars and the entrance/exit from the bridge is already quite rutted and potholes are forming, but we managed the access to the property. The equipment in the shed was adequate for woodworking, the portable grill came in handy in rainy weather. We were alone on the property so we were not disturbed except for the noise from the nearby road. We recommend the place if you are looking for solitude and quiet.
The perfect place to relax.
