Completely fenced (ideal for dogs), beautiful well-kept garden, view of the surrounding meadow, nice fireplace, prepared wood, outdoor covered seating area (in the hot months it creates a nice shade) and to top it all off, the facilities of the house (toilet, bath, furnished kitchen). When you add to that a nice owner, practically perfect :-) It should be reckoned that an extra charge for electricity is compulsory due to the entrance to the house (everything is mentioned in the information for the property). The town of Telc is about 2 km away along a nice cycle path. Along this road you can also reach the campsite at Roštejnský pond, where swimming and refreshments are possible.
