Nearby is the picturesque village of Bratrinov. In summer there is a possibility of swimming in the Bratřínov pond about 1km from our property.
Transportation to Bratřínov (where there is a shop with basic foodstuffs, the pub U Holinků was unfortunately permanently closed) is provided by the Prague Integrated Transport bus line number 314 (Smíchovské nádraží - Nová Ves pod Pleší), and number 449 (Bratřínov - Mníšek pod Brdy). The nearest railway station is Čisovice, 3 km away.
Only 1 reservation is always possible for maximum privacy. If more of your family or friends would like to come, click on "I want to ask" and it is possible to increase the reservation once. The property can comfortably accommodate 2 motorhomes and with a little bit of skill even 3. More tents of course :)
Season 2025 - bookings from February and summer dates are almost full!
- the first weekend of March we winterized the site, put in a water barrel, smelled the dry toilet, sanded and painted the seating, sandbox and the box
- made new seating around the fire pit
- with the arrival of the warmer days, flowers have been planted, new trees planted, a new bench near the plot to rest on and we are cutting the grass regularly!

Season 2024 - NEW right on the property, let us surprise you, we have dusted off some information about the area and continually groomed our property
- Another new feature, rental pegs that you hammer in and don't bend! in case of dry and hard ground - please return!
Season 2023 - since spring we have enjoyed great interest and had bookings for almost the whole summer, we have dusted off the facilities or painted, got new plants and herbs
- we also added some educational information for children and adults about the surrounding nature and the opportunity to put seeds in the bird feeder
- The biggest surprise for 2023 was for the little ones and that was the new SANDPIT!
Season 2022 - since spring the site has been very popular , we had the summer booked well in advance and only a few last minute vacancies
- again we made improvements, this time a bird feeder, insect hotel, gutter to dry toilet including a rainwater barrel
The 2021 season - was a first for us and we did a lot of building
- During the winter we built a dry toilet for the castle, a fire pit, a picnic table
- a new swing in the spring for the little ones and a new seating area right by the fire
- in April we again made some slight improvements to the solar lights
- A 60l barrel of utility water, which also please always use to water the fire pit!
- We also put up tips for hikes around the area both on foot and by bike
- planted new trees, be careful with them :)
- May's new feature is again for the little ones, a slide right out of the tree :)
- with the arrival of summer we have installed a solar shower
- and also beautiful ladybugs appeared on the property during the summer :)

- respect for other cottagers, respect for the night peace after 22h (nearby are the cottages of the settlement, but your privacy and peace are not disturbed) in the summer months and in good weather there is the possibility of more people around the property - walking dogs, walks, etc., the place is not secluded
- cleaning and removal of rubbish, keeping the dry toilet tidy and clean (the dry toilet is for guests only - please contact the owner for the code to the lock, also include in the booking reply, use disinfectant if necessary, we regularly treat the dry toilet) and the campsite and surrounding area
- solar shower - read the instructions for using the solar shower
- no fires in the dry season and during regulations, possibility of collecting (not cutting) wood in the landowner's forest
- ALWAYS water the fire pit, there is potable water available on the property

Great place. The "traffic" around is minimal, the settlement down below just adds to the tranquility. The descent from the asphalt is a bit wild, but I didn't hit anything. And then the rest of the road is ok.
From some sides the land is open enough, but overall it is a beautiful and very pleasant place. Everything set up, tips and maps on site are a great bonus. For the kids, the sandpit is definitely the best thing on the property, we used it extensively.
No one walked past the whole time we were there and maybe only one car passed, but we caught such weepy days, it can definitely be livelier when the weather is nice. And so for us, our first encounter with a tick in years. However the place really does feel catered for with love.
Very nice surroundings and space for camping, you can see that the owners of the site really take care of the place and make sure it's nice, as soon as you arrive at the site, you will understand that the place was arranged by someone who likes to camp and all the gadgets on the site are for the maximum benefit of visitors. We would definitely love to come again.

The place was absolutely amazing - the owner looks after the property with love and it really shows.
Mowed grass, level land, planted trees, bench, fire pit seating, sandbox, swing, slide... Dry toilet smelling, tidy.
There were also various little things that made the stay even more enjoyable - like a solar shower, skewers for buns, ash container, flowers, lights around the sitting area..
Everything was as described in the description, including a perfectly passable road for the caravan directly to the site.
The only thing that made my stay unpleasant was the nearby wild pigs we encountered in the woods. Obviously, it happens like this in secluded places, I just hadn't counted on it and so I was slightly nervous with the baby and dog and we didn't take as many trips into the woods.
However, the place is beautiful and I can recommend it!
