On the property there is drinking water from the municipal water supply system, solar shower, mobile toilet urinal, gray water sink and chemical toilet sink , all located at the entrance gate to the property. There are also 6 electrical switchboards on the property with a total of 14 classic 230V sockets, which you can connect to with your caravan , motorhome and of course they are also used for tents.
Near the property there are many tourist attractions such as Ratibořice, Zoopark Česká Skalice, the castle in Náchod and Nové Město nad Metují. Furthermore, there is a restaurant Rozkoš at the end of the cycling path towards Česká Skalice about 1.5 km. Summer cinema and disco screening about 1.5 km along the cycle path in the Rozkoš campsite, it is also possible to use refreshment stands and hot showers for a fee. Do navigation Kleny 56 and right next to it there is an unlocked gate with Bezkempu signs.
You can open the gate yourself and then just drive onto the property and find the place where you are most comfortable. The best camping spots are at the back on the right hand side of the property opposite the caravan that is parked there for a long time.

Beautifully landscaped and clean lot where there is plenty of privacy. Bike path just outside the fence, fine for bike and skate. Super communication with the owner and he is to be admired for a perfectly prepared campsite for campers. We were very satisfied!
Beautiful flat land, very accommodating, helpful and friendly owner. Although the land is for multiple reservations, privacy is guaranteed. Immediately next to the land is the bike path Okruh Rozkoš, Ratibořice. We will definitely return. I recommend
Perfectly landscaped plot, with the necessary facilities, in an attractive (and for some maybe busy, but that's a matter of preference) location, right next to the bike path. For me, great for cyclists, for example, there are more routes that can be planned from here. We spent two nights on the property (off peak season), the first night all by ourselves, the second night another crew was already there. I was actually surprised there weren't more of us. The individual sites are spacious enough, probably superior to a regular campsite. Once the trees grow some more, it'll be totally awesome. The place has potential, so hopefully it will work in the future. I recommend it.
A beautiful place that will get more beautiful every year as all the trees and bushes grow. The bike path just outside the fence is another plus. Big thanks to the owner for his work on this project 👍
Very nice plot. Landscaped, close to the forest,water, sink and toilet at the entrance to the plot. Too bad the toilet wasn't still on the other side of the property,but I understand, technically it probably won't be easy. We were very satisfied.
