Where do the property ratings come from?
The land is really great, it is situated in such a way that directly from it you can get right to the meadow and pastures and if you don't want to go to the city, you don't have to. Despite the not so nice weather, we enjoyed our stay very much, we will try swimming next time, hiking and relaxation suited us very well. Directly from the property through the meadows and pastures there is access to the Protected Landscape Area Labské pískovce for longer hikes or lookout towers in the area. If it works out, we will definitely return and try swimming.
As a big plus I rate the really fragrant bathhouse with ventilation, the spring brought out by the pond and the fact that we are alone on the property. The land is beautifully maintained, beautifully mowed, firewood ready. In bad weather, when it rains more, I recommend pitching the tent further away from the fence (we were about 3-4m, which was absolutely enough), you will avoid slug colonies :D

The perfect place for a peaceful escape from civilization. The area around the pond was beautifully mowed, which gave the whole place a neat and pleasant impression. I was pleased with the firewood provided (even though I bring my own) and the sticks for the barbecues - it made the evening fire and roasting a breeze. The pond itself served as a great refreshment, the water was clean and access was convenient. A big plus is the running water from the well - a natural but practical solution as a super fridge. Kadibouda is decently hidden and well maintained, so totally cool. The seating around the fire pit was perfect for an evening.
The only minor downside is the lack of shade during the afternoon - if you're planning a longer stay during the day, I'd recommend bringing your own shelter or umbrella. Otherwise, though, total satisfaction and we'd love to return with a hafan sometime.

Tenhle pozemek vás překvapí. Jedete městem, říkáte si, kam to sakra odbočuji, projedete bránou a vjedete tak trochu do jiného světa. Místo na bezkempování se nachází na vzdálenějším konci rybníku. Obytné domy vidíte, ale jsou dál. Jste tak trochu zapadnutí jak vlastenci, zvuky jsou prostě daleko. Silnice jak by smet. O kus dál nad vámi projede občas místní lokálka a zahouká (všimli jsme si že houkají jen DE dopravci :-) ), ale klid, pohoda. Fakt relax. Boží místo. ? Pozemek je pečlivě udržovaný, tráva sekána, k dispozici je ohniště a suché WC. Pitnou vodu lze nabrat na místě z pramene (výborného pramene!). Voda na koupání bezva. Vstup do vody je písečný. Ano, meteorologové měli pravdu, že se mírně ochladí, ale i tak jsme do vody vlezli a na sluníčku se pak ohřáli (v noci ale teplota padla až k 0 stupňům :-)). Za návštěvu v Mikulášovicích stojí určitě Muzeum Nožířství - kdo by neměl "rybičku" Mikov, jako by nebyl klukem, a rozhledna Tanečnice. Na kole je to pak do Saského Švýcarska přes "dva kopce". ✅ Na pozemku je povolena jen jedna rezervace, ale majitelé vyjdou vstříc na požádání a povolují i více spřátelených posádek.
