We offer you for rent a plot near our cottage Modřínky. The place is intended for one reservation. You will have plenty of space for camping and at the same time you will not be disturbed by any movement at the cottage. For parking on the site, the turntable in front of the cottage is no longer used, but you must park immediately after arriving at the site (to the left). The cottage already provides accommodation for other guests so that they are not disturbed by turning vehicles. For this reason, the size of caravans is limited to small ones only. Please respect the privacy of the land around the cottage. The space for you ends with a plank partition behind the shower and pond. The property is bordered by two streams, one main - Lipkovsky, and a smaller one that flows through the meadow from the nearby forest where it originates. On the land there is a small well and a small pond where children can play with water. On the plot there is a nice smelling booth with a ready washing stand - canister and soap, one big fireplace with logs for sitting and metal skewers for roasting buns. Small children will be happy to play by the stream. A caravan can be driven onto the property, but there is no sink for black water. There is electricity on the plot (1x socket 230 V). There is ample space for a tent(s) and room for two cars. The site is designed for quiet, peaceful visitors.

For the summer, there is a hammock and two children's swings (one is for up to 3 years) hanging between the trees. The plot is maintained by mowing. It is quiet yet close to Králíky, 4km away, and to Dolní Morava, over the hill, or Klepý Hill, which is a pleasant moderate walk accessible from the upper car park above Horní Lipka. Children and dogs have a free range here, there is no risk of being hit by a car, so parents can really relax here. Everyone has to clean up after the dogs. There are beautiful evenings with sunset and when it gets dark, a romantic surprise awaits you.. :-)

Note: If you are travelling with your dogs, please make sure that they only roam freely in the area of your place and do not go peeing freely in the planted beds and trees around the cottage. Thank you very much for your understanding! :-)

Accessible in all weather conditions. Only in snow, above 10 cm is a problem to drive (for 4x2 vehicles). However, the road is not on a slope, so for 4x4 vehicles the snow height limit is moved up - as far as possible.

We clean up after the dogs, the smoker also cleans up his cigarette butts to make it nice for other guests. Once a week, weather permitting, the lawn is mowed, so let's be nice to the owner and not let him disturb us by mowing, let's go for a hike for example. Firewood is free to use, there is plenty of it everywhere. But remember to cover the stack with a sheet again after removal to keep the wood dry for other guests. There is an axe in the bundle where the splitting log is for rent :-) The caddy box serves you - decent people, so keep it clean and clean up after yourself. The surrounding cottages belong to nice people, so let's be respectful. May you enjoy your stay here! :-)

Our first experience with Bezkempo could not have been better.
We were absolutely thrilled with the place.
Great and friendly owners, clean and private, beautiful place.
The care and effort of the owners is evident in everything. Lots of details to make your stay enjoyable - seating, hammock, plenty of wood, kindling and lighter, lights, even repellents in the box.
The cooling fountain/bar is a bonus and the absolute icing on the cake is the outdoor shower.
Perfect location.
It's a testament to how much we enjoyed our stay here that we extended our stay one more day.

Everything communicated before arrival whether it was about toilet, water, electricity and more. Land very nicely maintained, quiet and nice location. Ideal for families with children... :-)

I highly recommend to anyone who wants to have accommodation completely private (only one reservation possible). We were very satisfied with our family.

Many thanks to the owners for providing such a beautiful piece of land! Absolutely brilliant place for camping within the large garden that belongs to the cottage Modřinka. The plot has a fire pit with a supply of wood, seating x2, a super kadibouda and a solar shower. Kubik's bar with a supply of cans is also a great feat!! :) There are plenty of trees on the property so you really don't miss anything in the hot summer! Thanks a lot!
