Grassy land in close proximity to vineyards.The wine-growing village of Havraníky is located approximately 10 minutes drive from Znojmo. It is located on the border of the Podyjí National Park, directly past the cycle path connecting Znojmo with one of the oldest vineyard tracks in the Czech Republic, the Šobes vineyard. Our land (unfenced garden) is located on the outskirts of the village and directly adjacent to the vineyard of the Old Vineyard, which we partly own. The place is an ideal starting point for hiking, cycling and wine tourism. From the plot there is a beautiful view of the whole vineyard track as well as the wide surroundings. There is a tasting stand of Znovin Znojmo just a short distance from the garden.There is a fireplace on the plot, wood is also available. For each "fire" fee 50 CZK, payable on the spot to the cash box. The axe and spikes for roasting should be put in a box!The place can be easily reached in bad weather even in winter months.
