Exactly as rated 3/5. The land fulfilled the purpose. I mean, I slept over and moved on. The property was a mess, cigarette butts everywhere, toilet paper next to the kadiboudy, several fire pits all over the property, one with a cardboard box in it. There was rubbish lying around. I understand that this is primarily on the visitors, but it also seemed to me that the owners didn't seem to check the property for visitors (at least not often).
I see the fire rings as a problem, they were mostly in the flattest spots where I would ideally pitch a tent. I would suggest setting up one, max two fire rings, fenced with rocks and maybe a few logs for seating (that costs next to nothing) and with a ban on setting up new fire rings. I counted five of them.
The announced well with drinking water was not usable at the time of my stay, I went to the neighboring village for water.
There were two other expeditions on the property besides me and that was about the maximum. I still woke up in the morning to bait substitution and fishermen's calls, but that was the least of it. At least I got an early start 🙂 .

In our case, 3 groups took up the complete access to the water so that it was impossible to get there reasonably. We suggested to the owner by private message that it would be more pleasant for everyone to quietly increase the price in exchange for a reduction in the number of reservations allowed, whereupon he began to argue with me unnecessarily for some unfathomable reason. We drove to the nearby Sázavský Ostrov campsite and let the reservation lapse, not wanting to spoil our weekend. With the reduced capacity, it would have been a great place for 5 hearts.

There was plenty of room for the dogs in the back of the property to run around without bothering others.

Owner's reaction Pozemek má téměř 2 hektary. Při plné kapacitě tedy vychází na každého hosta 3 000 m2 plochy. Nikde není uvedeno, že garantujeme místo přímo na břehu. S kritikou v hodnocení tedy nesouhlasíme.
