During the summer season (from late April to mid-October), ONLY OVERNIGHT STAYS ARE PERMITTED. During the day, from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., PARKING IS NOT ALLOWED on the property, in its vicinity, or on the access road (the reason is that this is a highly visible location along the access road to the Zeměráj Adventure Park, in an open, unobstructed landscape, and we do not want the first thing arriving visitors see to be RVs; it would also encourage other vehicles to park there; we trust that considerate people will understand this condition, for which we thank you in advance). During the day, you can move to the nearby free Zeměráj parking lot, which is open during operating hours (the parking lot is not accessible overnight). Restrooms, a water source, and refreshments are available at Zeměráj during visiting hours. During the winter season (from mid-October to the end of April), the above conditions do not apply, and you may remain on the property continuously even during the day (the Zeměráje parking lot is closed).

We spent the night here before visiting Zeměráj. We were the only ones there. A very nice, peaceful, and quiet place with views of the countryside.

It's a piece of mown meadow by the road but it's fine for sleeping before visiting the country.
Nice standing by the pond with the swans. Quite sufficient for an overnight stay before/after visiting Zemraje. Unfortunately it rained on us, otherwise it is definitely a nice walk around the ponds.
