This designer tent from the British brand Lotus Belle offers a unique blend of comfort and the great outdoors. Thanks to its circular floor plan with a diameter of 5 meters, it provides a spacious interior where you’ll feel comfortable in any weather. The tent is made of high-quality, waterproof cotton canvas and equipped with insect screens on all entrances and windows.
New for 2026 is the tent’s placement on a raised wooden platform, which enhances your comfort. (Being elevated off the ground is better both in terms of moisture and to keep out insects that might be in the grass.) It is also partially shaded by the surrounding trees. The grassy area in front of the tent is mowed regularly, and you can even play a game of cricket there (equipment provided in the tent;).
Right next to the tent, you can even build a fire and enjoy an evening under the open sky. You’ll have plenty of drinking water available, as well as a tank with utility water for basic washing. Towels will be provided, and the facilities also include a dry toilet.
Mornings at Šévách are the most beautiful. You can enjoy them from the comfort of the outdoor seating area with a table and chairs, perhaps with a cup of freshly brewed coffee. A picnic basket, gas stove, teapot, and French press are provided. Inside the tent, you’ll also find a few little extras to make your stay more enjoyable—a small armchair, stools, a mirror, and other practical amenities.
On the hillside pasture, you can watch our goats and sheep grazing. By arrangement, you can purchase cheese or other products from our family farm.

The location is very peaceful overall. The nearest residence is over 500 meters away in the rugged countryside, which provides a sense of privacy. Only rarely does a hiker or runner wander in. A marked hiking trail runs several hundred meters away, beyond the horizon. The location also offers opportunities to spot rarer bird species that nest in the area (we recommend bringing binoculars—harriers, and buzzards; kites and, rarely, white-tailed eagles are often seen, and spotted flycatchers nest in the reserve). Pros: The tent, which was partially shaded, was really spacious, and we also really enjoyed sitting on the terrace. The amenities were luxurious—we appreciated the candles and extra blankets—and the interior was truly beautiful, decorated with lamps. The outdoor seating area by the fire pit was also practical. Drinking water was available right in the tent, and there was plenty of water outside for washing up, as well as a solar shower. We appreciated that the accommodation was dog-friendly.
Cons: There was animal waste all around the tent, so you had to watch your step :) Based on the description, we’d expected more privacy and seclusion; several cars and people drove right past the tent during the day, and on both evenings there was a loud party nearby — each time it came from a different direction, and all evening until late at night, we could clearly hear people with children, a barking dog, and music nearby.

Owner's reaction Děkujeme za podrobnou zpětnou vazbu a podněty, jsou pro nás cenné. Těch několik aut okolo je dost výjimečná situace, kdy dělníci jednou ročně sečou nedalekou rezervaci v rámci managmentu ochrany přírody. Mrzí nás, že to vyšlo zrovna na Váš víkend, ale víc s tím asi nenaděláme. Pokud jde o tu párty: také jsme ji tam viděli, naši sousedi (resp. jejich zahrádka) vzdálená více než 200 metrů vzdušnou čarou přes hustý porost se stala dějištěm párty poprvé, pokud víme. Tak snad nezakládají nějakou tradici.... Pokud jde o ty výkaly: přeci jen je to pastvina, takže pokud se tam budou ovce a kozy pást, budou po nich bobky. Věříme, že ani tyhle komplikace vám nezkazili pěkný víkend!
