For those who do not have a tent and want to camp in peace in the countryside we have prepared a modestly equipped cabin with 4 beds, which means the maximum number of people in the cabin IS 4 PERSONS (INCLUDING CHILDREN). To use the whole area of the property with swimming pool, playground, etc. is a matter of course. The use includes a fireplace about 70 m away from the cottage. Drinking water is approx 25 m at the owners house. In the cottage there is a kettle to make your morning coffee, a single-plate electric cooker, a frying pan, 2 saucepans and basic equipment for dining ( cups, glasses, plates and cutlery). Bedding, i.e. pillows, blankets and bedding is NECESSARY to bring your own. FOR THE STAY IT IS NECESSARY TO PAY ELECTRICITY, IT IS AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE STAY IN THE COTTAGE !!!

Where do the property ratings come from?
Very pleasant stay. Even though we were not alone on the property, we had complete privacy. The owners are really nice people. If we had more time to chat with them, we would definitely take advantage of it 🤣.
There are some very beautiful hiking spots available in the area. The cottage, despite not having running water, is totally suitable for children. Water is available near the cottage.
We enjoyed our stay very much. The children were also happy. We could fit two adults and three children comfortably. We would definitely return in the future. ☺️
A great break from the everyday. There is peace, solitude and a complete oasis for the soul in nature. The owners are friendly. Amenities sufficient. Playground for the children in order. They have a very friendly dog here. He was our companion. :-) Thank you and we look forward to seeing you again.

The place as such, is well equipped for children. The kitchen and bathroom facilities are also great. I would definitely visit again. The only thing that gave me pause is the "curfew" at 10pm. Sitting around the fire with more people is therefore unrealistic. Thank you for the opportunity to spend a holiday with you.

Owner's reaction Je nám líto, že jste si "posezení" u ohně, resp. opékání špekáčků představovali jinak, my jsme naopak souhlasili s návštěvou kamarádů druhých bezkempařů, se kterými jste byli u ohně, ale vzhledem k tomu, že jste nebyli jediní na celém pozemku a navíc u nás funguje ozvěna díky poloze v údolí, bylo to z hlediska ohledu příliš hlučné. Manžel vám šel jen připomenout, že jste hodně slyšet a když tak ať to kolem 22.hodiny ukončíte. Záleží na úhlu pohledu, ale snad vám tato epizoda nezkazila pobyt u nás. Vše se dá řešit, v rámci ohledu na ostatní. Tichý hovor u ohně by jistě nikomu nevadil.
