Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weather
unsuitable road for regular caravans. It is only suitable for 4x4 vehicles. If you don't have a four-wheel drive car, you can drive up the dirt road to above the orchard in dry weather and walk to the orchard, about 200m. In case of rain, you can also drive a car down the dirt track from the other side above the orchard and walk down again. In the winter months only 4x4 depending on the weather.

Beautiful place, we loved it, we would need another week to explore the area. The facilities with the canopy were great, which we used a lot in rainy weather. In rainy weather we didn't dare to go all the way down and preferred to park before the final descent to the overnight site. Many thanks to the owner for the great tips on excursions and for the delicious marmalade!
A very nice and quiet place where my husband and I, although only for a day, had a good rest. The owner was perfect to talk to, he was great to navigate us to the place. There we had a sweet treat waiting for us in the form of jam. The seating area is cozy. It is obvious that it is made with love.

Beautiful, secluded and very quiet plot. From a distance you could only hear the dog and the chopping of wood, otherwise divine peace. Access to the property was fine, but leaving was not as the grass was damp with dew and we had to be helped upstairs. Luckily the owner was very helpful, sorted everything out in a jiffy and helped us up. Otherwise, you can see that they take care of the property regularly because the grass was mowed, a gift was waiting for us and even the lavender in the vase was ready. :-)))
Absolutely great choice for us. We have reserved the land for ourselves, as we have a female NO, who loudly guards us from all danger 😁. The orchard is big, spacious. We pitched our tent amongst the mature trees in a zone marked for camping, so it was partially shaded during the day.
The shelter is impeccable, the very first evening we took shelter from the storm and played cards there. There is also basic equipment for washing dishes. We roasted meat and sausages on a small fireplace with a grill grate. It was quite enough. There are plenty of branches and pine cones in the area, but we had the owner there for our first bay. 👍
Communication with the owner was excellent, navigation to the site was clear too. There was even homemade jam waiting for us on arrival, made from fruit from the orchard ❤️
The only thing that may bother some people is the private shooting range that is on the edge of the orchard. We didn't mind it at all as my husband and son are gun nuts. The gentleman who drove up even came to ask if we would mind them shooting them.
We will definitely be back when we plan a trip to the area.
