Forest meadow - real camp-free #4293

Camping in a forest meadow. Just nature and you. And no one else. Few campsites offer exclusive rental of the land for your trip at no extra charge. Whether you're alone or there are twenty of you. You have the place to yourself (You don't have to pay anything extra). Only one reservation is possible on any given day.

Entry to the site by car is at your own discretion only. Forest land in the village of Přestavlky near Roudnice nad Labem. Area 6287m2. Forest with a story. Purchased in 2016 as partially cleared with the obligation to plant a new forest. The forest has been completely cleared of fallen brush and planting of forest seedlings has been carried out. The land is regularly mown as is the access road. Access to the land by car is possible. On part of the plot (approx. 200m2) forest meadow seed was sown in 2019. The meadow is already involved with the appearance of forest herbs (see photo). Planted trees - oak, pine, hornbeam, lime, fir, cherry, rowan, chestnut, walnut, mulberry, pear, apple, yew, plum. Just a mixed healthy forest. Historically built swales take care of keeping water on the gently sloping land. Lessons for permaculture fans. The location of the forest is near the D8 motorway, Roudnice airport and also near the future high-speed railway terminal (railway station) on the route Prague -> Ústí. The journey by car from Prague takes max 30 min. You can reach the forest by a dirt road in two directions. From the roundabout at the Steak Grill (exit D8) or from the village of Přestavlky. Caution is in order.
