Dining in the nearby restaurant ( 5 km) or refreshments in the campsite under the hill (2 km). It is adjacent to our holiday cottage, where we sometimes stay, but it is separate and we do not disturb each other in any way. You will have only for yourself 1500 meters of beautifully maintained area .We can provide electricity and drinking water. Easy access all year round, the land is level.
You can adjust your arrival or departure time by prior arrangement as long as it will not interfere with another booking.
We are also able to provide more pitches on the property for a caravan or motorhome if it is a friendly group of non-campers, to maintain the privacy of visitors. You can combine your stay with a stay in our second garden in Sušice ( in the Bezkempu offer ,,garden in Sušice by the river Otava,

The garden is great,but there is also the owner's cottage on the property, so if someone is there, it's not complete privacy ....otherwise electricity and water fine and all the hikes around you nearby 👍
I don't like to write negative reviews, so I would like to call this more my point of view, as it might seem to some that what was a problem for us might not be a problem for someone else. Right off the bat, I would like to write that the phone conversation with the owner was absolutely fine, he is a nice and helpful person. We had the garden booked for 2 nights, but unfortunately we had to leave after the first night as the property was not suitable at all. We knew when we arrived at the property that it wasn't going to be easy. The gate is quite narrow and the entrance itself is so steep uphill that even with a mover in the caravan we had to work to get into the garden at all, as turning off the narrow road with the caravan is really impossible. The next problem was to find at least a bit of level ground, which we didn't manage to do very well, so we had to use a wedge on one side and pad the front leg with a spike, as it didn't even reach the ground. We have a 1.5 year old very active and inquisitive son. In the garden (which wasn't obvious from the photos) there is a pile of large sharp stones, coiled wires, an extension cord for electricity wrapped in foil, a rusty old barrel full of rocks and a large pile of wood against which iron gates were leaned to defend the field. Unfortunately for us this was a huge problem as all these things are dangerous and we were afraid of getting hurt. I am writing this here mainly so that someone else with small children will not be as unpleasantly surprised as we were. We didn't want to take the chance that if we let our child out of our sight for a moment, they would hurt themselves somewhere. And we didn't want to run after him all weekend either. The site is written as completely fenced, which is true, but the place where you pitch the caravan is through to the owner's cottage where he keeps his stuff. In conclusion, however, I have to say that the location is nice, it's quiet and I'm sure anyone else without small children and curious dogs (we were greeted by a cat on the property) will be very happy :-)
Very quiet place for camping. And great communication with the owner. We had plenty of space in the garden for various games with the kids.

Owner's reaction Negativní hodnocení mne samozřejmě mrzí, protože vím, že se opravdu snažím, aby zahrada byla vždy v pěkném stavu, vždy (pokud tomu nebrání počasí) upravená, posekaná a uklizená.
1. Vjezd na zahradu jsem nikdy nevnímal jako problematický, ale je pravda, že nemám zkušenosti s vjezdem s větším karavanem. Jste asi třetí hosté, kteří mne na to upozornily a chci to řešit zmírněním toho převýšení, ale až po sezoně, aby tam nebylo bláto.
2. Z mého pohledu je pozemek rovinatý, i když je pravda, že nemá rovinu parametrů fotbalového hřiště. Takže jsem předpokládal, že nějaké vypodložení do roviny je u karavanu běžné
3. Na zahradě jsou možná nějaké věci, které mám k provozu chalupy, i ten sud a srovnaná hromada kameni. Tak to na vesnici prostě občas chodí. Ale je to podle mne mimo místo táboření, tak 50 metrů od místa, kde lidé obvykle kempují. Snažím se, aby to nebylo nikomu na obtíž. Zahrada má ca. 1800 m² a jinak je celý zbylý prostor pro hosta k dispozici.
4. Pozemek je oplocený a přístup do ,, našeho,, soukromého,, sektoru vnímám spíše jako pozitivum. Nevadí nám a jsme rádi, když se u nás hostům líbí a přijdou pokecat, pokud chtějí. Jinak je zahrada za chalupou, oddělená stavbou stodoly a myslím, že se vzájemně nerušíme, pokud jsme i my na chalupě.
4. Elektrický kabel tam byl natažený, to je pravda. Bohužel se mi podařilo přerušit výkopem kabel na zahradu, takže to bylo nouzové řešení, než to opravím. Dříve jsem elektřinu ani neposkytoval, dnes má každý solár, ale na žádost hostů jí dávám k dispozici. Ale teď to budu do opravy řešit upozorněním, aby si hosté vzali svůj kabel.
6. Je tam i srovnaná hromada prken a trámů. Je to bohužel následek řádění kůrovce na Šumavě, takže jsem musel ve svém lese dřevo vytěžit.
7. Ty staré brány na pole je taková historická dekorace po dědovi. Ale dám je pryč.
8. Kočka k nám chodí, to je pravda. Patří sousedům, je hrozně hodná, my jí krmíme a už je tak nějak součástí naší rodiny. Je to mazel naší 2.5 leté vnučky.
9. Chápu, že co jednomu nevadí, může druhému překážet. Tak se snažím z každé reakce hosta získat nějaké poučení po zlepšení. Věřte, že zahradu nepronajimám pro ,, kšeft,,. Mám radost, když přijedou lidé a jsou tam stejně tak spokojení jako my. A my máme možnost poznat nové lidi a občas s nimi probrat, co je ve světě nového. Takže i za váš názor děkuji a i ty 3 srdíčka mne těší.
