Super quiet place. Ideal with children. The kids especially enjoyed the rappelling water bike on the pond and the zipline over the creek.
The lake is a pleasant diversion especially for children who have been fooling around on the slapac bike. The place is very nice, clean, waste can be sorted. I am looking forward to when they introduce hot water,which should be soon. In the surroundings, despite the rainy weather, we cycled around the Uhliská farm,Rozhľadni,Ranch 13 (where there are some western races almost every weekend),the cycle route from Nemsova to Horní Srnio.cycle route to Antonstal. The only problem was a noisy group staying in the cottage,which did not observe the night quiet.However, this is not the fault of the owner, but of specific people. So for me we will definitely visit again
Som si vedomí toho, že nočný pokoj je dôležitou súčasťou pohodlného a príjemného pobytu. Situácia ma veľmi mrzí a budú prijaté opatrenia, aby sa podobné incidenty viac neopakovali.

We discovered Toot's place by accident and we are thrilled. Beautiful grounds with facilities (toilet, outdoor shower, summer kitchen, fridge, party tent) a lake and a stream. There are lots of bike paths, playgrounds, snack bars, ice cream parlour alongside. Nearby farmhouse with horse riding, mini farm, playgrounds and restaurant. Also a swimming pool. Simply a paradise for children :-) The owner takes good care of the space and the guests. We will definitely come again.
Beautiful quiet environment ideal for families with children or if you want to relax in nature. During the week there are fewer people than on Fridays and weekends. Everywhere clean and tidy, facilities sufficient for camping. We extended our stay for two more nights. We will definitely come back here again.
