On our property you will find the new site No. 2 (No. 6735) called "Nautilus V3S".
This means that even with a maximum of four reservations, there may be one more on the property - but usually it will be an individual, couple or small family.

Even the 2024 flood did not threaten our RESERVES.
Even though the Opava River flows just outside our fence, we stayed dry and safe.
At the very end of Vrbno pod Pradědem you will find:
- a fenced plot of 2700 m²
- a quiet place protected by tules and a high wooden fence
- mixed forest in the immediate vicinity
- the Opava River directly behind the fence - sparkling, accessible and quiet
- railway line with a picturesque passenger train (last train passes around 20:00)
Within walking distance (about 5-20 minutes) you will find:
- tennis courts
- cycling trail
- children's playground
- train and bus stop (direct connections to Karlova Studánka and Praděd)
- shops and the town centre

100 meters from the land there is a cycle path leading to the next village Karlovice. The surroundings of Vrbno pod Pradědem are crisscrossed with several cycle paths and there is also a Bike Park directly in Vrbno pod Pradědem.

Complete satisfaction! Beautiful and very carefully maintained property with excellent facilities, everything thought out in detail. On arrival we were given a lovely tip from the owner about the giant swing - we caught a beautiful sunset there. Great starting location for trips - Karlova Studánka, the White Opava trail and Praděd are a short walk away. Communication with the owner was excellent, everything was smooth and very accommodating. We will definitely come back here, thank you for the great place and atmosphere!
