This no-camp is definitely one of the best I have visited. The location itself is ideal - there are plenty of experiences and sights nearby: the crocodile zoo in Protivín, Hluboká Castle, the romantic Kratochvíli....
The place is perfectly prepared for a relaxing stay. You will find a beautifully mown grassy area with absolute privacy, shade thanks to the surrounding trees and several seating options. Ready firewood, axe, fork for the buns - this is the place where you just need to buy those buns and a bottle of wine on the way. The rest is taken care of.
A nice surprise was the luxuriously designed bathroom - a clean toilet, with water ready to wash your hands, and even a comfy chair that was great for relaxing in the evening. You can see that the owners have thought about every detail and have a relationship with their property. Everything is well thought out, practical and cosy at the same time.
In addition, I also appreciate the human approach - the owner personally called me to see if I found everything and if I was missing anything. You don't see that kind of interest and care much nowadays.
The only thing I was a bit disappointed about was the price - not that it was high, quite the opposite. Honestly, I wouldn't hesitate to pay 500 CZK per night, because this place is worth it. It's more of a charity from the owners for us who are looking for peace, nature and a bit of romance away from civilization.
