We started the camping in July 2024 and this year, after visiting several spring camping camps, we are already looking forward to the main part of the season and we are looking forward, maybe just to you. We will still be trying to improve everything and any funds received will be invested in the site. We have newly installed pallet seating including harnesses in the shelter, a relaxation area with a rock garden pond including fish, a water cooler for drinks, we have plans for a stone carpet in the shower room, we have already planted our first lavender, surfinia and fruit bushes and will continue as time permits.
Enjoy your stay and the excursions in the surrounding area, of which there are many... (or we will be happy to advise).
The land is gently sloping, about 4,5k sqm, but about half of that is open mown terraces with a level area for camping. The individual pitches are far enough apart so that you don't disturb each other if you arrive in large numbers. Common to this is a shelter at the bottom of the site and a central fire pit, where you will find facilities for quiet evenings or even in case of rain. However, you can also choose a spot at the top of the property with a wonderful view of the surroundings (near the double kadibudka), where we have also newly prepared a fireplace. If you're lucky, you'll be paid for the electricity. cows will keep you company.
The land will also get more privacy in time, once the planted hornbeams grow around the perimeter of the lower part of the land and separate the adjacent road from the noise (we will not affect nature, so we have to wait a little longer). Shade on the site is only at the bottom of the site where there may be occasional noise from passing vehicles. But if you're not made of sugar, you'll surely like it here;-)

- Double cabins for gentlemen and ladies (about 50m from the main camping area with a beautiful view of the surroundings and the pond). Please lightly cover your creations with prepared sawdust.

- There is a municipal drinking water supply on the property (may be slightly yellowish, due to higher iron content, but perfectly fine and quality controlled by the municipality).

- 10A sockets (for extension) available from the back of the meter cabinet. Additional sockets in the shelter including lighting. However, we recommend a sufficiently long extension cable (approx. 50m to the more remote locations).
No charge is necessary for simply charging a mobile phone.

Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weather
The driveway is paved. In the winter, snow can be a problem or the first part of the lawn may be slightly waterlogged after rain after driving onto the property, so you'd better not stop there. Otherwise no problems. The drive is wide enough for caravans and motorhomes, just lift the gate carefully. Lift the gate so that you are constantly checking for a gradual tipping of the weights! Otherwise there is a risk of damage to the posts due to the high impact caused by the rapid tipping of the weights.

Gastro experience in the luxurious restaurant of the Ratměřice Chateau (2.5km) with tennis court, or a classic inn in Ratměřice for an evening beer or on the other hand in the Libouň Chateau (2.5km; they cook well here during the summer season Thurs-Sun) or in Louňovice pod Blaníkem for food, local beer Špácal and lime (4.5km), you can also find ice cream on tap at the chateau.
Right in the village of Zvěstov there is a small shop (700m) where you can go for fresh pastries etc. Here you will also find containers for sorted waste, however, we would be happy if you prefer to take your waste to your village. There are smaller petrol stations in nearby Jankov (4.5km) or Louňovice (no refuelling facilities for caravanners). You can walk to the castle café in Odlochovice.
Fire preferably only on the fireplace, at a sufficient distance from the meadow, where the grass is overdried during the summer and there is a risk of a large fire. Firewood and briquettes (for a small fee), a fork for the barbecue, a grate, a portable grill and an axe are available in the shelter.
A portable grill with granite top is also newly available (heated with wood under the top). This grill is quite heavy, 2 people are preferred to move it and it is strictly forbidden to use it immediately next to the shelter!!!
It is possible to dispose of the sorted waste at the village square by the shop, but we would prefer if you take the waste you generate to your village to dispose of it?
Please always check that the water main is shut off before leaving.
Please look out for any hornbeam saplings not yet grown around the perimeter of the site at the bottom. They are not yet visible in the tall grass.

Everything needed for a pleasant camping experience was available. The entrance was uphill, but neat, and we parked and drove comfortably. The kids had fun in the sandpit, on the swing and by the pond (hopefully we didn't cause some sort of disaster) and were thrilled to be there, and that's the main thing!
We are happy to recommend Terasy Zvěstov as a great place for BezKemp. The only thing that spoiled our stay was the weather - wind and rain.
The grounds are meticulously maintained and beautified, the owner very helpful and accommodating.
There are many places to visit in the area, so we were not the last time here :-).
A beautiful place to relax. The owner still beautified and maintained . Plac for multiple non campers but we were not disturbed at all even though there were 3 of us for one night. I was charmed by the cabins on the hill, just missed them okénko❤️. The views are worth it 😉. The owner is very responsive and communicative. The shelter with all sorts of accessories and fire pit is a nice and relaxing bonus. We'd love to return because there's still plenty to do on our trips and the view of the fields, pastures and woods is priceless 😍👍🏻🥰
PS for those who need electricity - the cable reaches about 30m to the lower stands.
