A solid road where even a Tatra can pass. Follow the navigation from the asphalt road in the form of round signs. In difficult conditions a neighbour with a tractor or our sand will help.

Cross-country skiing, we are 600m above sea level, snow quite early and long. Ski resort Monínec about 15km.

Ponds and quarries in the surroundings. The quarry near the village of Skuhrov near Počepice, Biotop Sv. Vojtěch near Chlístov are the top. We recommend personally according to the quality of the waters.
hiking
Marked routes, local pubs, Milevsky monastery, we recommend where to go for a day trip or even for half an hour.
Please keep your dogs on a leash, there is a lot of wildlife and some of our children are afraid of dogs. Please clean up after your dogs. We have children (you will probably hear them in the yard during the day, as well as a possible neighbor's circus). It is quiet at night. We don't mind your children, on the contrary.
Please keep the fire small, and in windy and dry weather we prefer not to have one at all. I trust we are all reasonable. :) There's enough wood for several years of campfires.

That's great. Quiet, beautiful orchard, crickets in the evening.
Quiet place in the orchard under the ash trees. Fireplace, seating and wood available. Brick caddy super - translucent roof is a great solution to the problem of darkness common in these houses. The water canister was nice too. We made it through a night of rain, but it was our last sleepover, so it didn't matter.
Beautiful quiet place, everything according to the description and photos. At night complete darkness and silence. Rest from civilization. Great.
A very beautiful place to "get away from civilization". You camp on the edge of an apple orchard, there is a fire pit, seating area, dry toilet and drinking water. One heart is only taken away for the lack of potable water, but if you think ahead it's okay. We were on a motorbike so we were limited by the amount of water we could pack.
A good place for those who are looking for a quiet stay and want to escape the over-technologized world for a while. Pleasantly surprised by the prepared fireplace. Good communication with the owner.
