There is a covered terrace by the garden hut with seating and a fireplace.
Behind the cottage there is a dry toilet (or portable chemical toilet) , there is also drinking water from a garden hose and a 220V socket (NOT to be used for air conditioning or heating).
For longer stays we can provide a fridge, cooker, kettle, etc. for your convenience. It is also possible to rent bicycles/electric bikes (please contact us in advance if interested).

Restriction of the access road
We recommend the access road from Nemojan, past the church of St. Martin. There is an asphalt road uphill to the church, then a passable "polnačka" There is a code lock on the gate. You will receive the code after booking by email. Cars will pass through the gate onto the property without any problems. For convenient entry of longer vehicles, the left gate and post can be planted to increase the passage up to 4.5m.

The wood in the woodburner is for heating the cottage ONLY, please do not use. It can be collected in the nearby woods (200m, you can hire our two-wheeler or wheelbarrows for collection)

If you use our portable toilet, please dump its contents in the nearby BIO dump before departure.
Please lock the gate again after your departure and

Beautiful place with mown grass, everything matched the description. Nearby beautiful quarry Libuše. It is worth going there for a swim.
A very cozy garden where we spent one night in a tent. We appreciated the water from the hose and the possibility to use the toilet. There are two cottages in the neighborhood, but the grounds provide plenty of privacy. We followed the directions to find it easily. We would definitely be happy to return.
The entrance to the property is for more advanced drivers :-), the driveway is a bit of a tankodrome, but you can step it. The land is great, it was dark perfect quiet, the advantage is the porch area where you can hide from the destem. For a shorter stay it is the perfect place.
Quiet garden. We were satisfied.
Nice garden in the gardening area, close to the great swimming pool U Libuše. We made a last minute booking on the day of arrival, there was no problem, communication with the owner fine. Nicely landscaped garden, clean dry toilet. I only give a point down for the driveway, for a long stretch you drive on a narrow broken road, there is quite a bit of traffic and you have to dodge cars with difficulty. Be careful, follow the instructions sent by the owner, Google navigation can guide you in the direction of the swimming pool and there it's really for an off-road vehicle. The entrance to the garden is quite narrow, with a larger car this can be solved by planting a post with part of the gate.
